They are the worst universities mainly because they do not meet the standard qualities of the National University Commission (NUC).

These universities’ infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and social amenities might not be up to the standard required.

 Legacy University

Legacy University is a private university in Okija, Anambra State.

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved the school, but most of its courses and programs are yet to be accredited.

The institution has ten (10) faculties and nineteen (19) undergraduate courses. Also, the number of available postgraduate courses is currently unknown.

The school’s student population and the number of staff and employees are unknown.

 Skyline University

Skyline University is a private university in Kano founded in 2018.

The school has three (3) faculties: Science and Information Technology, Art, Management & Social Science, and Basic Medical Sciences.

The institution also offers unaccredited undergraduate courses and programs to its students.

The school is yet to meet the required standard of an approved higher institution in Nigeria.

 Kwarafa University, Wukari

Kwarafa University is a private institution in Wukari, Taraba State. It is one of the worst universities we have in the country.

The NUC approved the school, but it does meet the required standard. The school’s undergraduate courses are unaccredited and have low-quality education.

So, it is an institution you should not attend.

 Eko University of Medical and Health Sciences

This university is the number one worst university in the country according to the National University Commission (NUC).

The Eko University of Medical and Health Sciences is a private institution in Ijanikin, Lagos and was established in 2017.

The National University Commission (NUC) has approved the school, but the majority of its courses are still unaccredited.

 Dominican University

Dominican University is also a private university in Ibadan, Oyo State. The school is unpopular but ranked among the worst universities in the country.

The institution offers a wide range of unaccredited undergraduate courses and programs and has yet to meet the required standard.

If you want to have a high standard of academic achievements, institutions like this are not the right place for you.

 Christopher University

Christopher University is a private institution of learning in Mowe, Ogun State.

The Federal Government and the National University Commission approved the school in 2015.

The school is unpopular like other institutions, and its academic excellence is unknown to the public.

Meanwhile, the school offers a variety of postgraduate and undergraduate courses and programs.

However, it is one of the worst universities you shouldn’t attend.

 Clifford University

Clifford University is a private Christian institution in Ihie, Abia State, owned and operated by Seventh-day Adventist Church in Nigeria.

The school has five (5) faculties and offers undergraduate and pre-degree courses.

However, most of the institution’s courses are not approved, which is a “red flag” for any student who wants to attend.

 Eastern Palm University

Eastern Palm University is an institution in Imo State established in 2017 with a private and public partnership.

The school also has some undergraduate courses that are unaccredited. Also, the university does not meet some of the National University Commission (NUC) standards.

Hezekiah University

Hezekiah University is a Christian-private institution in Umudi, Imo State.

The institution has four (4) faculties and offers undergraduate courses unaccredited by the National University Commission (NUC).

The school offer a low-quality education to its students, lacks adequate learning materials, and its educational structure is not up to the standard.

 Spiritan University

Spiritan University is a faith-based (Catholic) private institution in Umunneochi, Abia State.

The school has fifteen (15) departments/programmes in four (4) faculties.

The institution remains one of the worst universities in the country for its low-quality education, poor teaching methods, and lack of adequate learning facilities and infrastructure.

We have so many universities in Nigeria, but not all of them are fit for Nigerian students. So, it is important to know some of the worst universities you shouldn’t attend.
