Jamb slip containing exam date hasn’t been sent to my email; so how do I know my Jamb exam date and centre? This is the question that I have been bombarded with since last year Jamb.
Before you proceed, Click here to check your exam date. Jamb generally sends exam date and centre via mail. Jamb generally informs you on the exact date to reprint your exam slip (Don’t reprint when it is not time).
You would have to check it in your email and print it out. The good news is that you can know your exam date even when you didn’t receive email directly.

In 2018, got about 200 messages in my Flashlearners WhatsApp group today with my students explaining how they finally got to know their exam date and also GOT their Jamb print-out.
For few of them, they went to approved CBT centres around and they got a print-out containing their exam date and venue.
For some, they logged in to their email using a browser (e.g Google Chrome and Opera Mini) but not with their Gmail app and they got it.
A few got theirs through Jamb profile. For many others, they waited patiently and the slip was sent to them via email.
Ensure to check the SPAM folder in your email before you conclude that it hasn’t been sent to you. You may click here for how to check your spam folder for jamb mail.
Conclusion: If you don’t get your slip via email or SMS two days after Jamb announces reprint, you may want to go to an approved cbt centre to complain.
