Adekunle Ajasin University School Fees, Courses and Cut-off Mark

Adekunle Ajasin University is a government state-owned university in Nigeria.  The school is located in Akungba Akoko, Ondo State and was established in 1999 by Chief Micheal Adekunle Ajasin.  The institution has been accredited by the National University Commission (NUC). AAUA has over fifteen thousand (15,000) students and six (6) faculties.

In this article we would be looking at Adekunle Ajasin University School Fees, Courses and Cut-off Mark.

Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Agricultural, and Faculty of Social/Management Science.

The institution offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. So, whatever category you are in, AAUA is a fit for you.

Where Is AAUA Located?

Many students only hear about AAUA but don’t know where the school is located. Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, is the location of the school.

What courses does AAUA offer? It is necessary to know the courses and the admission requirements of the school.

However, I have listed all the courses and the admission requirements of AAUA in another blog post.

AAUA School Fees For New Students

Another necessary thing you should know about your chosen institution is the school fees.

Why? Because it is a crucial factor in the admission process and requirements.

However, your school fees at AAUA depend on the course or program you want to study, just like other institutions.

The tuition fees for new students in AAUA are between N100,000 – N150,000.

Faculty of Arts – N100,000

Science Faculty – N150,000

Faculty of Education – N100,000

Faculty of Agricultural Science – N150,000

Law Faculty – N150,000

Faculty of Social/Management Science – N150,000

AAUA Cut-Off Mark

The school cut-off mark is 180. So, to be eligible for admission into the school, you must score 180 and above in your JAMB UTME exam.

What if you don’t score 180; can you gain admission? Well, you can admission into the school depending on the course you want to study.

But, you need to work harder and smarter because it won’t be easy.

AAUA Post UTME

The AAUA Post UTME form for this year is available online via the school website. You can visit the school website to purchase the form.

However, the closing date for the Post UTME form is the 5th of October. You have to purchase the form before then.

How much is the Post UTME form fee? The Post UTME form fee is N2,000 only.

How Much Is AAUA Acceptance Fee?

The AAUA acceptance fee is just fifty thousand naira (N50,000) only. And the fee is not refundable.

Does AAUA Accept Second Choice?

No, AAUA does not accept second-choice candidates. If you don’t choose them as your first choice in your JAMB exam, no matter how high your score is, you will not be given admission.

Does AAUA Accept Two Sittings?

Yes, the AAUA accepts two sitting results. That means you can combine two results. It can be WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or GCE.

Does AAUA Accept Awaiting Results?

If you are a candidate with an awaiting result, be rest assured that AAUA allows candidates to apply for admission with awaiting results.

However, you must upload your O-Level result immediately after it is out.

AAUA Post UTME Eligibility:

  • Candidates who score exactly or above the required cut off mark.
  • Candidates who chose Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko as their preferred choice of institution during the UTME Registration.
  • Candidates are also required to obtain the required O’Level credits for their programmes as specified in JAMB Brochure.
  • Candidate must be at least 16 (Sixteen) of age.
  • Interested Candidates who did not choose Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko during the UTME Registration but wish to study in the University, should change to the AAUA via JAMB website
